Starter Set
The Newborn Starter Set came with 4 bottles, two 9 ounces, and two 5 ounces; a formula dispenser; and a pacifier.
The Bottles
Tommee Tippee are the only bottles that we use around here. I absolutely love them, their ease of use, and their functionality. Things that I love about my Tommee Tippee bottles:
The nipples mimic natural feeding and movement of breastfeeding
They allow for easy transition between breast and bottle
They have a wide neck nipple for an easier latch on
They are anti-colic, anit-gas
They are BPA FREE
They have a cap that seals the nipple for travel
I know that there are many bottles and companies that state they are breast feeding friendly and that their bottles measure up to the same as breast feeding, we all know that this is not true, however I do believe that Tommee Tippee is the closest thing to breast feeding other than the original breast.
We love to use these bottles for formula and breast milk usage, and the little ones always seem to eat better when using a Tommee Tippee bottle compared to others on the market.
Formula Dispenser
As you can see the formula dispenser is only big enough for one feeding at a time. It has a nice little cap on it that is easy for you to pop off when ready for use. Also it is the same size as the bottle’s opening, which makes it easier for dispensing and also keeps the formula from spilling.
Pacifiers
The Starter set only comes with one pacifier, but I was sent the two additional pacifiers above. These are very important to have not only with twins, but also for any baby who will take them. This is what I love about our Tommee Tippee pacifiers:
They are a size 0-6m and thus allowing for more usage
They truly are orthodontic pacifiers created with dental experts
The nipple gently expands in the mouth to support baby’s palate for a natural fit

While reading on the Tommee Tippee website, I came across a neat and cheap tip for sterilizing baby’s things. Simply take a bottle and measure the amount of water that you need, heat in microwave for 90 seconds, add pacifiers and nipples into a bowl, and the pour the hot water over them, allow to cool, and there you have it, sterility!
I cannot wait until the twins are here so that we can begin to use our bottles and pacifiers, but until then, I will continue to use the bottles on little Miss Natalie!

I’m glad to hear (read) good things about these bottles (especially how close they come to breastfeeding) because I plan to get these to use along with breast feeding.
I can’t wait until my LO is here in a few weeks! I have tommee tippee bottles and would love more pacifiers to help me get through
